Self-Portrait

Lately, I feel an awful lot like this little bird...

...sitting on big things...things that have to do with my family, my art, my writing.

Ideas churning in my mind. Hopes and determination high.

And, also, if I were a bird, I would most certainly be this stylish and fluffy, with a curly tail and doe eyes.

I'll share some of those big ideas soon...when they're closer to hatching.
